Jeff Wood execution stay is indefinite - Capitol Protest is Still On for Today at 5:30 in Austin

The stay is indefinite. Jeff will be evaluated on the competency issues next months and will be re-evaluated in Feb or March of next year. The state is not appealing the ruling. Thanks to everyone who wrote to Gov. Perry and the Board of Paroles and Pardons. We couldn't have done it without you!!
