Live Blogging: New Mexico House Debate
The New Mexico House of Representatives should be debating the death penalty within the next hour or so. Rep. Gail Chasey, D-Bernalillo, introduced HB 285 this session to abolish the death penalty. It’s ninth on the calendar for today’s floor session, currently in progress.
