Tomorrow: Kenneth Foster on Democracy Now with Amy Goodman

As many of you know, the Court of Criminal Appeals has denied Kenneth's final appeal. That takes the matter mostly out of the courtroom and puts it in the hands of the governor and the Board of Pardons and Paroles. It also makes it ever more urgent for us to fight on all possible fronts to stop this execution.

Please tune in to Democracy Now tomorrow, where they'll be doing a show dedicated specifically to the fight to save Kenneth Foster, Jr.

If you are in Austin, you can tune in tomorrow from noon to 1pm on KAZI 88.7FM, or on Austin Community TV (channel 16) from 6-7 PM. You can also watch the show online or look for local show times at

The only remaining option to stop this execution is with the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles and Governor Rick Perry. In order to convince the Governor and the BPP to act, we need to convince members of the Texas Legislature to urge Perry and the BPP to stop this execution, so click above and take action.
